Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to Ekada software subscription payments only.

Ekada is a SaaS platform for businesses. We are not the seller or fulfillment party for products/services sold by merchants using Ekada.

2. Merchant of Record

Subscription billing is handled by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for Ekada subscriptions.

3. Subscription Refund Window

You may request a refund for your initial subscription purchase within 14 days of the transaction date.

4. Renewal Charges

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us and Paddle support as soon as possible for review.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact Paddle support from your billing receipt, or email support@ekada.app and include your account email and transaction details.

7. Merchant End-Customer Refunds

Refunds for orders, bookings, invoices, or other end-customer transactions processed by merchants on Ekada are managed by the respective merchant and their connected payment gateway policies.
